Generally, the director decides which actors bow first, second, third, and all the way up until the starring members of the cast take their final bows. Over the years, I have collected advice from both performers and audience members about what makes a good (and bad) curtain call. DO: Rehearse the Curtain Call Rehearse, rehearse, rehearse. Even if the director does not seem to care about it. Practice a few times so that the curtain call is a smooth process and everyone knows their entrances. A sloppy curtain call with confused actors bumping into one another is not how you want to conclude your opening night. DONT: Take Too Long Nothing sullies a good show like an excessively long curtain call. If the show consists of six or fewer actors, its fine for everyone to take an individual bow. But for medium to large casts, send out groups of actors based on the size of their role. The actors dont need to run, but they do need to be quick. Gender Inequality and Social Class Differences in Society Essay

Sociology forms the core study of human interaction both in the role of household labor and at the group level. Several writers have stated it for instance. J. Scott (1994) writes that it is important to note that the gender roles of men and women are clearly defined right from birth based on culture, social status and their economic environment. The environment in this case needs both external and internal interactions with their society. In order to investigate the possible contribution of this practice to gender inequality, this paper focuses on how gender and social class has perpetuated inequality within the society and brings up possible solutions to control it. Over the years, the roles of men and women have been the key study of sociologists (for example Astin & Aseguera, 2004) in their study investigating the balance of higher education. This study noted that women serving in various levels of school and work still have additional family problems. It is further argued that other issues form these issues in gender roles. For example, look at biology as a gender determinant. It is naturally designed that women are capable of giving birth while men are only capable of being a caring parent. Women therefore are naturally occupying a reproductive role in society. Which in essence clearly indicates that through family a gender role is clearly defined. It is the relationship between these structures that dictates the role of women and men. It is important for the companies to stay on track and not to put anything past anyone. Ways to reduce this risk is to create internal audits periodically. If anything suspicious comes up, then bring in external auditors that will have no relationships with the employees.Setup boundaries for the employees so that they can only get onto approved parts of the systems. Make sure every employee has an up to date copy of the company hand book that will state the consequences of fraud. Things that I feel strongly that should be included: Management should always be looking at what their employees are doing while at work. This should be maintained at all times. The management should know when to audit and when to reach for outside support.
